I haven't touched savage yet but normal is so much fun.

Variant dungeons giving healers an AoE DoT made me laugh, especially when I saw it uses Miasma II's animation. They're definitely fun though.
Healing engagement is directly correlated to how badly other people areF*ckingscrewing up.
Normally, I'd say this is largely true, but Criterion Dungeons have a surprising amount of outgoing damage!
Even the mob pulls up to the first boss hit like a truck, and they're mostly just auto attacking. It's pretty refreshing.
While I do wish Criterion Dungeons had more flexibility (similar to how Variant Dungeons operate), I think they delivered on the "more difficult light party content" aspect.
Content is made to not require healers. But I guess Spirit Dart spamming is more interestign than Nuke spamming.
Think you're confusing Criterion with Variant dungeon. Variant is the one that doesn't require healers and allows for any team comp. Criterion is the hardcore dungeon that requires healing, which also has a savage version that is even harder.
Completely agree. This is the first time outside of this savage raid tier that I feel I'm forced to use my entire healing kit along with GCD heals, and the first time in a long time that I actually feel like a healer. If anyone is doubtful, please give the content ("Another" versions) a shot. It is quite fun.
Agreed. In fact, the trash pulls in Criterion/Savage is what healing demand should be, standard.
I hope devs continue this approach for future 4 man criterion, make healers have to focus on GCD healing too.
I love healing the criterion/savage dungeons. I almost feel like a healer again. I actually feel like I get to spread my toolkits wings.
