Please queue congested teleports and instance changes.

If you do a world visit, and the destination is congested, it just puts you in a queue, and the transfer completes when space is available. All you need to do is sit back and wait.
However, congested teleports and instance switches just fail, so you have to keep trying over and over again until it works. Why not set up queues for these as well?

There may be limited demand for this though, since it's mainly an issue when running hunt trains on reset day.
