Outmaneuver question

Outmaneuver seems to fall well before the time is up. I've seen it fall 5 seconds after using it. Very rarely does it actually stay the full duration.
I know it's not just me, this has happened multiple times and I keep a close eye on it, but I'm still not quite sure what the cause is.
Any suggestions/insight into this would be great!

I'm not sure I usually use divine veil > outmaneuver maybe as stated above aegis boon resets it?

Aegis Boon and Outmaneuver will both work with Divine Veil, however like you said Aegis Boon and Outmaneuver will overwrite one another.

Outmaneuver seems really lackluster by itself. The increase in block rate is very negligible on bosses from what I've seen.

It only seems to be useful when used in conjunction with divine veil. Are there any numbers on the rate increase and effects on 53+ mobs?

Maybe I should have made a separate topic. Anyone knowledgeable on the data for this?

It also restores a small amount of MP on blocks? It doesn't say this in the description but i noticed it the other night.
