bought dlc for wrong account

hello,is there anyway i can get the dlc put on my main account instead of the free trial i bought it off the square enix website by accident for the wrong account i bought shadow bringers again but had no luck with any tickets to sort this issue out i cant even claim a refuned either................can some one please help with issue

It is doubtful. If you have more than one service account bound to your username, it asks you which service account you want to use when purchasing it. Or when you redeem the code, it asks you to login to the service account you want to use. It also shows which characters are on that account. Maybe you could call SE about it?

You don't usually buy an expansion for an account. You buy an expansion from a retailer such as Amazon or the Square Enix website, they email you a code and then you input the code into an account.

The Square Enix store are usually good about refunds if you contact them, but it's probably not guaranteed because it depends on the circumstances.

If you bought Shadowbringers while on the free trial, it wouldn't work because it requires the Starter Edition, which removes the free trial restrictions, costs almost as much as a subscription fee and gives you a 30 day subscription. After that you have to subscribe monthly if you want to play. You can get the starter and expansion packs all in one by getting the Complete Edition instead.

It wouldn't make sense to buy Shadowbringers anymore because if you buy Endwalker instead, you get Shadowbringers and all other expansions free.

By "no luck with tickets", do you mean no answer or a refusal? It's a bit equivocal.

I purchased the expansion on the wrong account last year. I contacted support and got refunded.
