Everything I've written is because I want to prevent this game from dying but if it keeps on this downward spiral then I all can do is wash my hands of this situation. FFXIV players deserve better than what they are getting.

Dude, I also have been here since the closed alpha for 1.0. The game has never been more successful. That's just a fact if you go by numbers alone. Not liking something is fair, but what you're saying is straight up not true.
