Thanks for saying this. I mostly agree with you. I've been here since ARR. I have 4 relics. Why? Most of the time the grind for the relics bores me to tears so I don't do it. To each their own and all but I hates Eureka and Bozja. I feel bad that the people who loves it don't get that this time around but at least give whatever they're trying now a chance. The first step is a nothing step. Always has been. Back in ARR we just talked to Gerold and he flat out gave us the starting weapon. That's always been the first step. So to people upset about buying it, please, have some perspective. Remember how all the others started. It's always been like this. If you'd like that to change, okay that's fine, but don't pretend like this is unusual.

As for the Hildebrand requirement, I get it's not everyone's cup of tea. But guys, it's such a SMALL and easy requirement. You can skip the cutscenes. You don't have to pay attention. It's just another grind. I'm sorry you don't like Hildebrand but as far as requirements go this is really small.

I am loving the new Variant/Criterion dungeons. But I am in agreement that the rewards feel a bit lacking. I like the rewards currently there but it feels very low considering the replicability. Still it is content I enjoy and hope they add on to.

"Content disparity" has always existed in this game. Always. As others have said, YoshP likes giving us breaks. He doesn't expect us to no life this game. If you're unhappy, unsub. You wont hurt his feelings, I promise. Nor are you going to change his mind about the amount of content they drop.

I like light and breeze and dark. I think there's nothing wrong with the tones at all. Just my opinion of course but I like a mix. We've had plenty of heavy hitting stuff and this patch is mostly light. I think that's fine.
