DO something about DRK and Monk trolls/griefers on Borderland Ruins (Frontline)

I've stopped playing for mid since this type of strategy is advantageous for those who hit the top. Instead, I'll camp that team's home base while nodes are spawning for whatever team is using the strategy. If individuals decides to panic rush me over a loss of their base that's free battle high for me 70% of the time.

Golfing is annoying. However, it's fair play. It's not trolling. It's not griefing.

Pushing people off the platform is fine to me. I only queue that map just to push people off, no hard feelings, I do get pushed off too and it's fine.

I think your frustration stems from the fact that it's a premade that keeps ruining your experience. This is another issue that is really hard for me to come up with any suggestions to fix it. I know people that are strongly against premades in FL, and others are OK with it.

You can get off your mount and guard.
However, this is the most boring map of all so maybe just don’t do it outside of daily roulette? I find it very boring and just don’t do it, plus I don’t play the jobs that can push people off lol

The old way was a MCH using blow back every 30 seconds to someone on the ramp for insta KOs, but thats now gone and Im sure one day this will be too, so meh

A less intuitive one was a war jumping off then using their chain to yank people down with them as the war used some type of invuln so they didnt also die when landing, its been awhile, forgot what combo of abils it was lol

As trolly as it may be I always internally laughed when Id climb the ramps and see like 10 people falling to their deaths. Annoying sure but still funny.

Seems ok honestly, it is more a map issue rather than the players.., the vertical blind spot at the end of the ramp is rough but once you know there are people on mid, you gotta take it slow or just bait. People also do that on Shatter although there is less activity in those specific parts.

At the same time, Borderlands is just a snoozefest and the mid section is the only place to get something out of it and mess around.

I think the problem isn't really the act of going golfing the entire match. It's the lopsided power it causes thanks to it awarding ten points to your adrenaline as well as victory points. If you find this fun, why even play with other people? You clearly don't want a fair fight so why pretend you do? Imagine saying don't play the objectives if you don't want to be killed by people you can't see until it's too late. Good meme though.
