    They're going to give it cast times again without the potency increase.
    Also monk gets a 50 potency increase all around and Samurai direct crits everything now.

    Don't forget that the heat gauge activates itself again automatically at 100 charge and you have no control over it no matter where in your rotation you are. Good old HW times.

    sure took their time with fixing that pld exploit but better late than never i guess.
