    Tabletop Food options

    can we have a option on tabletop food where only owners or FC related people can partake on food and I guess it would be interesting to change this so:
    1. No one can partake
      That way the food will stay as decoration only
    2. only related people can partake
      Only FC/related members can partake, so they can provide food buffs to members
    3. anyone can partake
      Everyone can take a byte, useful for RP purposes

    Last option is what Mao wants most but only tenants can partake in houses. Nobody but the owner can partake in an apartment. It sucks.
