Really getting annoyed. Ever since the Oceania data centres opened I have been struggling to pay for my monthly subscription. Not due to lack of money but due to some nonsense where Square Enix will not accept my debit card to pay for my monthly subscription fee. I can use my card to buy items off the mogstation to use ingame no problem but God forbid if I want to pay for the sub.

I have, on numerous occasions tried to reach out to Square Enix regarding this, only to get the same generic response every single time blaming my bank. I have approached my bank and they have shown me that there is no issue with my card as I can use it on the mogstation to buy outfits, dyes etc.

Crysta is not available for purchase in Australia, I have no intention on getting a credit card and no one has the right to force someone into that, which leaves me with one option. Paysafe.

Here in lies the problem. The app lists outlets who provide this service, however the majority of these places have either never heard of it or do not sell it.

Please please please please please fix this damn issue!!!! Don't just fob me off. I am seriously getting so sick of it. Provide better support for Australia! Provide a payment system that actually works for the region! Or do we have to wait another 6 plus years to even be acknowledged?

I have created ticket after ticket for this issue. I am not going to create another useless ticket because square enix just gives me a generic reply.
