TCharacter Screen after Fantasia.

Used a Fantasia. Had no option to customize anmd the side of screen like normal( so wasted a purchased fantasia) Side button wouldnt let me click to customize my character. So i had to click to be able to log into my character. i didnt get to customize anything and it used a Au Ra random template.

Please look into this as Fantasia isnt cheap when converted to AUD so i value one when i use it.

I was told to come here by a in game GM and to repost here again.

Note- This happened in a TITLE screen so i cannot provide most of the information needed for the template

They frequently want your computer specs (or console) as well, since sometimes the bug only happens on certain hardware that they didn't test.

I don't think your instructions for reproducing the bug are very clear, nor the description of the bug overall. I don't understand what the bug is with vague terms like "side button". You could watch a video of the fantasia process, take some pictures with the print screen button, paste it into a paint program and draw a circle around where the problem was in each step. You could use the character creation process as an alternative way to take pictures. You can upload them to a website such as https://imgur.com

I know how do take pictures and upload them. I dont want to waste another fantasia to reproduce the issue. The side bar means the appearance button that i couldnt click to customize my character. Thats also why i wrote victoria next to it as i wasnt sure its all so confusing.
