endless variables?

if they are similar builds swap the gpus over for a day or 3 and see what happens?
Yeah, my bad. We have a Ryzen 5 2600X, the same motherboard and we are running the game on an SSD.

My game settings are full screen 1080p (other wise the game doesnt let me go above 720 for some weird reason) and all on maximum. If I lower the setting i can boost the performance to 40fps

mmmm yeah, you are probably right. I was about to buy some new ram but it didnt make sense. 16 GB is a lot, but Ram usually doesnt have that much of an impact, and FF XIV is not "High tech" MMO either...

thanks to both!
