Please make Verraise accessible at level 12

The reality is that RDM is slotted as a DPS job in FFXIV. From both a RDM-job-identity standpoint and from a DPS-job standpoint, it makes no sense for RDM to have a better Raise spell than the actual healers.

RDM can have Verraise. It can even have it at Lv.12 or whatever. But Dualcast-Verraise should not be a thing.

Even if it's a "dps" it still has raise/vercure it's already apart of it's identity.
Being better then healers at it? I mean sure you can nerf it i guess, I never said verraise was perfectly balanced (it's clearly not), but people acting like RDM having raise makes no sense from job identity is the issue i have with the statement.
