Not sure what you are calling me out on. You troll on Gamefaqs on a daily basis and your opinions are wrong 98% of the time. Even when discussing Red Mage the only job you play(apparently) other players call out your fallacious arguments?

If players want a Lvl 12 Verraise they may as well give SMN the same Cure Potency on Physick that RDM has on Vercure. Fair is fair after all.

I'm calling you out on your trolling. BLU has no place in discussion on the matter. I also don't troll, that's something that QRs do. Also opinions can't be wrong, and most of the time I make factual statements, like this entire post. Maybe Flying Sardine yourself in the future

Hmm no I don't think so. Given that Red Mage's damage is peanuts they probably should get Verraise much earlier so they can save parties from mistakes.

Would improve player experience at all levels. Something I think all would appreciate.

Red Mage should not get Vercure and Verraise earlier. FFXIV RDMs are not backup healers; they are not a "hybrid" job; they are not there to drop DPS to do someone else's job; they are not a safety net for people who want to take extra risks because there's an extra raiser. Classic FF RDMs may have been these things, but this is FFXIV and FFXIV RDM's job is to kill things.

Vercure is an on-demand downtime Swiftcast and solo tool (even then, just kill it faster in most cases). Verraise is for when the healers have already blown their Swiftcasts or absolutely cannot stop to raise people because there's too much unavoidable incoming damage at that time. If you give people these tools early, both RDMs and non RDMs will think FFXIV RDM is one of those things I have said they are not. There are already people who wrongly believe FFXIV RDM is one or more of those things--we need to disabuse them of this notion rather than encouraging more people to come to these bad conclusions.

Vercure and Verraise are already DPS losses because they're not only wasting a GCD with no potency, but also not generating mana. So they're not "back up," but rather "emergency saves" and come with a cost. I don't think giving these tools early to players will do any detriment because by the time they're doing end game content that matters (Savage, Ultimate) they'll definitely have learned what RDM's role is.
