Yes, I am, because one is clearly more powerful than the other especially at low levels and beyond that if you want to sign on to raise people, WHM gets raise fairly early on.

Ah yes. The ability to dualcast raise three players in a total of six GCDs, in sub-50 light party dungeons (since you mention low levels) is so much more powerful than an ACN/SMN throwing out a swiftcast raise. This power to recover from the commonly happening near-full wipes in low level dungeons is clearly too much.

Not being able to raise others as as RDM in Dun Scaith for Alliance Roulette is really annoying.
