    Requeted tomestome item swap a month ago, haven't heard back since.

    Long story short I bought the wrong tomestone item (Glove for GBR instead of MNK). I opened a ticket to use my accounts 1-use item return. I was instructed to discard the bad item, and that the currency would be returned to my account by support. I did this a month ago, but have not seen anything in Mogmail or messages from support indicating it had been done.

    Is it typical for it to take this long? Its almost to the point where I could just buy the right item with my tomes (I skipped over it in my gearing priority since I was supposedly going to get it back from support).

    Whether you get it back or not, that seems like a total waste of your one-time-ever restoration. Tome gear is so easy to reacquire over the long run. If anything, I'd be hoping it didn't go through.

    Can you even get tomestones back as your one-time "item"? And is it still subject to the weekly cap on how many you can earn?
