Long story short I bought the wrong tomestone item (Glove for GBR instead of MNK). I opened a ticket to use my accounts 1-use item return. I was instructed to discard the bad item, and that the currency would be returned to my account by support. I did this a month ago, but have not seen anything in Mogmail or messages from support indicating it had been done.
Is it typical for it to take this long? Its almost to the point where I could just buy the right item with my tomes (I skipped over it in my gearing priority since I was supposedly going to get it back from support).
