    Bought wrong item

    I know that there is a single prompt asking if you are sure that you want to buy the item if it isn't the class you are on, but I mistakenly bought a ninja weapon thinking it was a monk weapon. As frustrating as it is that I feel like I have wasted 7 weeks of doing the pandaemonium raids, I understand I am at fault for not paying closer attention. I was wondering if there was something a gm could do for me, if not I understand. I tried looking around to see if this is something to bring up to a gm, but I figured I would try.

    you have to do this in game. the GM forum mods here cannot help you, they might create a ticket for you, but try in game first.

    remember you only get one item restoration request in your lifetime. are you absolutely sure you want to use it on this?

    We understand the frustration this matter may cause. As your follow adventurer has already mentioned, this concern can only be handled a Game Master in-game. You may contact a Game Master using the /supportdesk command for further assistance. Note that the Game Master support team may be experiencing high contact volume and will handle contacts in the order they are received. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist on the forums for these types of issues.

    This thread will be moved to the 'Separate Support Required’ subforum as contact with the Square Enix Support Center or Game Masters is necessary to resolve the issue.
