Please improve Tank and Healer Tomestone Chest pieces.

Most statics funnel gear to dps (specifically melee dps) Tanks and Healer rely on Tomestones to improve their performance. Luckily many BiS pieces for both roles are Tomestone gear. Thus, I request that the tomestone chest to be improved to be BiS for Tanks and Healers.

Or just clear it 5-8 times so everyone in your static can get the Savage chest piece if your group prioritises DPS first.

The problem as always is Piety and Tenacity. Especially Piety. There's no reason not to buff both to at least have equal damage contribution to Det. Even it means we stack it, what's the difference to the current situation with Direct Hit? The plus side would be that non BiS pieces would still be useful.

The tome chest doesn't need to be BiS, but being a downgrade to the 610 Normal raid chest is a joke.
