MSQ keeps crashing my game

In order get a better sense of the problem could you please provide the following information?

- Platform (Windows, Steam, PS4/PS5, or Mac)
- Type of connection (wired or wireless)
- Other programs running while the game is playing (if any)
- Are you able to login with any other character from the same account?
- Do you still get no error messages or any prompts?

Aside from the information above, what steps have you tried so far to alleviate the issue?

Running the game on a wired windows version of the game and the only other programmes i have active is discord, i can logonto my characters across all realms and data centers that i have characters on fine but every1 has the same issues with areas of the games now. I used a quest skip from the mogstore to avoid the initial unplayable MSQs but full zones and instances and even cutscenes kick me from the game with no prompts/error messages.
I have checked to see if it was my settings but their all on normal or lower, ran the game as admin on my pc and confirmed my graphics drivers are all up to date, i have also wiped and reinstalled the game completely and still the crashes keep happening
