Packet loss every day since 6.28 patch

As title states, I've been getting periodic packet loss throughout the entire week without any improvement since Tuesday.

I've since tried all the usual steps. I've heard reports from others having issues, and I'm thinking it's a problem node somewhere along the route to the server, but wanted to post here anyway to see if there's any info I'm missing.

Same here, since recently I cannot play the game, it freezes every x seconds. My ISP causes the high ping but the packet loss is on NA, sometimes two hops have packet loss

Same problem here and it has made raiding extremely difficult this week, especially since my husband and I are in the same group and both experiencing this. When it happens I have really large lag outs. It doesn't happen consistently or during any particular time of the day that I can tell.
After a good amount of testing we have noticed 204.2.229.230 has been regularly problematic for us.
