No guaranteed drop of Shisui Kohama of Scouting in Shisui of the Violet Tides

Last boss of Shisui of the Vilet Tides : Shisui Yohi does not drop the guaranteed drop for Ninja, the armor Shisui Kohakama of Scouting, did several attempts with all the gear from the dungeon (Glam farm for all classes) but the Kohokama (e.g. Pants) does not drop even though all other classes got their guaranteed drop at the end. ran the dungeon about 17 times with all other scouting and aiming gear needed.

Im posting my Inventory with my chat log where you can see that the Kohakama did not drop even though it should have have dropped since I have the reaming pieces, weapon and accessories. Its the 5 and 6 row in the first tab in my inventory.

i believe how it works is you get a singular piece of gear, but it doesn't work like a process of elimination. you get a piece of guaranteed gear for the class you are on, but it's not necessarily the one you are fishing for. just because you have all the other pieces in the set doesn't mean that you're automagically going to get the last one to fill it out.

No, that's exactly what it's supposed to do, as far as I'm aware. It cannot give you a duplicate unless you already have everything.

I would be triple-checking that you haven't already got it in your inventory or armoury chest, and that your inventory is not full. I can't read the screenshot – it has uploaded at very low resolution.

Perhaps it's to do with the mobile version of the site, but it is definitely not opening a larger version of the image when I poke it.

If it is absolutely definitely not in your inventory or armoury chest, then my only (entirely speculative) guess is that if they had to manually program the list of drops for each class and dungeon, maybe the kohakama got left off this list and so the system is looking at the list of things it should potentially give you and concluding that you have everything.

You didn't open your armory.

You may check that first before posting your inventory because pieces are going in inventory if the armory is full.

Check that, if not here. Check your retainers, maybe you stock gear in them, I don't know, just in case.

If all the above failed, then it's a bug. Otherwise, working as intended.

The pity drop system looks only at your inventory/armoury. Having a piece of gear in the retainers will not affect that, as far as I'm aware.
