I will be moving my OCE character to the new NA DC for the better Ping I will get. I went to OCE to play with a friend but my PING is so bad there it is nearly unplayable for me there. I just wish I knew which server was going to be the lowest pop. I love small slow servers.

Haha that is the one that gets my vote as well. The server for people more big-brained than I. I'm headed to Seraph.

The server also known as Hali XD I still think that will be a perfect raider server due to the boss being twice in FFXIV.

Both nice friendly country-town type servers. Places you know a lot of familiar faces.

Zurvan is emptiest, Bismarck is less empty. Not to say they are in any way deserted of course.
