    You might need to do a full reinstallation of the game if file check isn't fixing anything.

    If you're consistently crashing on the same load screen, then it's most likely some kind of file corruption as I was having that issue after 6.2 dropped, but a file check did fix it.

    More erratic crashing is probably tied to a general system issue.
