I don't know which I despise the most. The pillars that just take up space, or the fixture windows that take up space and whose glare goes through walls. So if those could kindly get bent, I'd be much obliged.

Glad to hear that.
The pillars and windows are a huge nuisance, working with them is a pain and sometimes straight up impossible and covering them takes too many precious item slots. It's a lose/ lose.
I also find it extremely annoying that you have to place items like 1m away from the wall if there's a pillar nearby instead of being able to seamlessly stuff items right in front of them even with the storage placement trick. Same with windows. Just give me completely flat walls, thank you.

Yeah, a window toggle would be nice as well. There's more than a few window furnishings. They should either make them a full replacement inside and out, or let us turn them off on the inside.Glad to hear that.

I will dream of the day we don't need to waste half the objects on hiding those pillars and windows.
And I hope it's something as awesome as craftable inner skins, like outside skins, but made by individuals using some rare material.

Heck, I'd settle on basic walls with wallpaper functions that you can toggle on and off. Like, If you've got a house in Lav Beds it'd just look like blank lav bed partitions you know? And then you could freely place windows etc.
Ugh I cant put everything around the house as I want to because I reached maximum items allowed since panels need to cover those hideous walls/pillars/windows and take half of the item space.

Now if only the devs would allow us to put anything on lofts so we can have bootleg z-axis control without having to do tedious glitching.
How many men am I involved with? Well that depends... do you mean men as in males? Or just midlanders?
Hopefully it's the same for apartments too. My Shiro apartment is a bit compact due to me hiding all the pillars.
Dude I wish they remove the pillars AND the ceiling decoration. I can't make a loft at Goblet because of the ceiling...
