Why does everyone use PF as a representation of the game?

I guess the Devs could remove PF and revert back to 2.X. Shout in the zone till you found a party?
Would there still be a shortage of healers? Would certain jobs get excluded? Would the Devs still make a decision to balance without PF?

everyone always assumed the people spamming shout chat even back in wow were the bottom of the barrel scrubs who will never clear
true well adjusted social individuals always had an active guild with set raiding schedules and all roles filled, they never had to resort to pugging
pugging has always been seen as the last resort

another thing is finding a static is basically the the job application process complete with resumes (fflogs) Also if you are lucky enough to get one there's always the risk of showing up for work one day only to find the business has closed or your idiot co-worker managed to burn the place down and you need to do it all over again.

or you could just pf it and maybe clear the fight right now also depending on how things go at "work" you may just and up using pf anyways

Number of parses for last 2 weeks just for healers, Standard settings.
Top 50 is just bragging, a clear is a clear. I'd be surprised if top 50 uses PF for parse runs anyways.
