Using Logitech Gamepad, cannot open inventory

I've pressed every button on my Logitech gamepad and I can't open my inventory... Can someone please tell me how to fix this?

I've googled this and I've read a bunch of gamepad guides and I can't find how to simply open my inventory anywhere. what am I missing?

I do apologize for this ongoing issue regarding the Logitech Gamepad controller that you're experiencing. I'd like to get some more information regarding your issue. Could you please provide us with the following:

- What platform are you trying to run the game with a controller on (PC, Steam, PS4/PS5 or Mac):
- What is the make and model of the controller you're having issues with:
- Is the controller fully synced via Bluetooth or wired cable to the system:
- Lastly, have you found success in playing Final Fantasy XIV with any other controller such as PlayStation or Xbox Controller? (Only if applicable):

While we await your response we would advise to try updating/reinstalling any drivers for the controller. One other suggestion is to double check and possibly re-map the keys using the in-game options and matching them appropriately with the preferred controller shortcuts.
