Possible Main Scenario Quests Bugs

I want to report that I believe that the NPC Linkpearls are not doing what they meant to do during the Main Scenario Quests.

For the Past few quests that I have been doing, I have seen that When I go to where the quest starts, (Peasant Wards, Merchant Wards, Certain Spot in Ul'Dah) all the NPC's tell me that they are grateful for responding to there calls they made to me... but the thing is... I never really got a call from them on the NPC Linkpearls.

To Prove my point, on the quest "Of Men They Sing" it says in the Journal that I received a mysterious call for help... when I never did. I also look on the Gamer Escape wiki page of the quest and it says that we should have received a notification of a incoming message from our NPC Linkpearl.... and I never did.

Steps:
1. When I level to job level... I will never get any notification of the Main Scenario Quest... Even if I zone, Relog, or anything...
2. Have to go to the Gamer Escape Wiki to see when the quest is accessible, and where to start
3. In All the storyline quests the NPC's in the story , wither it be my NPC Companion or Tataru in the Merchant Wards, will say Thank You for coming to there call.
