    I concur. I would love to see more substantial MCH buffs in 6.3 to both single-target and AOE. Maybe Hypercharge will finally go to 5 charges over 15 to 20 seconds, just like DRK's Blood Weapon, perhaps?

    Mechanical changes tend to come out on major patches, so we'll see what they tell us in the 6.3 Live Letters.

    Today with 6.28 was just a start, but it was a fine start.

    I disagree that it was a "fine start". The goal of the patch was to reduce the range tax, but it is pretty clear by dancer receiving no buffs it was an "in role" balance patch.

    Machinist will never be not terrible unless the range tax dies, otherwise the most supportive job in the role will always have the massively higher damage cap. Unless the "we are intentionally making ranged jobs bad" paradigm dies, MCH will unavoidably be the worst job in the game in perpetuity.
