I'd thus like to propose that AST receive some sort of damage buff it could use for solo play. It could be an activatable toggle ability, or a passive, I wouldn't really care. Perhaps 20~30% damage bonus. Goes away the moment a party is joined.
I realize in each role you have the job that does the highest damage, the job the does the moderate damage and the job with the lowest damage(usually ones that give alot of buffs and is more for party things vs solo things), really not sure why that is a thing. It reminds me how specially in stormblood days while I far loved ast more than whm there times I felt force to use whm for a specific solo instant cause the 250 malefic 3 vs the stone IV 300 was quite a difference.
