Suggestion: Dynamic minimum item level and unlocked instances on roulette

They can partially counter it if they add future content that requires the 24-man raids. The closest they've come is, I think, Bozja requiring the SB 24-mans. But even that content is optional anyway.

While I see what the OP is trying to do, I think another option is to lock Alliance Roulette based on your highest level character. If you are 60, you need to have unlocked all of the ARR 24-man raids. If 70, you need all the HW 24-man, etc etc. Of course, if you are queuing as a 50, you wouldn't get those, but it would open up the other 2 ARR raids.

I taught about your suggestion before writing those lines but I had limited it to first raid to allow people to run raid alliance only from the roulette. This will also allow people that does not match criterion to quickly have the roulette available again.
The scale of the item level with the job level used to register is only to be sure that players has the minimum item level requested for the last raids.
