Suggestion: Dynamic minimum item level and unlocked instances on roulette

I repost my topic here to check if there is more people concerned

I'm one of those don't do their alliance roulette for one sole reason: it's nearly always (98%) a Crystal tower raid.
I'm really sad to see that people baits the roulette system by registering on those roulette naked to lower their item level.
As roulette main goal is to help people to run the content they need, it's really unfair for people that want to do other raids to wait for at least 30 min in rush hours just because they want to do Mach or NieR raids.

To counter this, I propose to introduce dynamic requirements for roulette based on the player's job level.
To be clear, those are requirement I suggest:
- Job lv 50+: Crystal tower 1 & 2 unlocked + item level 70
- Job lv 60+: Crystal tower 1 & 2 unlocked + Mach 1 + item level 175
- Job lv 70+: Crystal tower 1 & 2 unlocked + Mach 1 + Ivalice 1 + item level 305
- Job lv 80+: Crystal tower 1 & 2 unlocked + Mach 1 + Ivalice 1 + NieR 1 + item level 435
- Job lv 90: Crystal tower 1 & 2 unlocked + Mach 1 + Ivalice 1 + NieR 1 + Aglae + item level 565

In the same spirit, Alliance roulette could be locked if your current raid state is neither done or locked by a "Complete ____ raid" status.

I hope that someday this behavior (registering naked) will be counter in any way.

While that definitely happens, it's not the main reason you see Crystal Tower 90% of the time.

Quite simply, Crystal Tower is the lowest common denominator. It's the lowest level and the only one you're required to do. To get Nier in roulette all 24 people have to be level 80+ and have the raid unlocked. Meanwhile it only takes a single person under level 60 or with no other raids unlocked to force the other 23 people into CT.

They can partially counter it if they add future content that requires the 24-man raids. The closest they've come is, I think, Bozja requiring the SB 24-mans. But even that content is optional anyway.

While I see what the OP is trying to do, I think another option is to lock Alliance Roulette based on your highest level character. If you are 60, you need to have unlocked all of the ARR 24-man raids. If 70, you need all the HW 24-man, etc etc. Of course, if you are queuing as a 50, you wouldn't get those, but it would open up the other 2 ARR raids.

I taught about your suggestion before writing those lines but I had limited it to first raid to allow people to run raid alliance only from the roulette. This will also allow people that does not match criterion to quickly have the roulette available again.
The scale of the item level with the job level used to register is only to be sure that players has the minimum item level requested for the last raids.
