FFXIV application completely vanished from PS5

Hello,

When I boot up my PS5, the FFXIV application is totally absent. It isn't in any of my game folders, nor does it appear in the playstation store. The only thing that appears in the PS store is the base version marked unavailable. Has anyone else had this issue?

*Edit:* I updated the PS5. Didn't solve the problem. I also have a license to play on steam with the same account and I am able to find and load up the game on steam like normal.

Unfortunately, the issue you are describing is something we are not able to assist with in the Technical Support Forums. In order get the proper support, you will need to contact the North American Support Center. To assist with contacting them, we have gone ahead and opened a support ticket for you. The ticket number has been sent to the email associated to your Square Enix ID. This thread will be moved to ‘Support Center Ticket Created’.
