When will people understand this guy is just a walking advertisement (name, signature) making low effort posts?
I don't really understand the meaning of this thread tbh. You lay out no concrete issues with Island Sanctuary(in which there are MANY), and instead link a random bait quote from an interview that might have lost context in translation.
Not much to say given that the interview excerpt above speaks for itself. Island Sanctuary, the state of other classes nowadays and the limited races throughout Shadowbringers - all subject to the whims of one individual. But not for the game's benefit.
If we're looking at it quite literally, he just states he hasn't played it on his main account. I think this is why you start to lose credibility in your appearances on the forums.
Healers are roles that change their business depending on the content and party members, so I think it can't be helped that they get bored when they have free time.
I'll keep it brief. OP has never answered to any of my posts anyway.
I have no idea what Yoshi's schedule looks like. I have no idea what he has time to play or not. They're also wrapping XVI. Does that affect his available time? Probably, dunno. He has to test everything else being introduced to XIV in the future. To what extent, I don't know.
Here's my point: Neither do you.
I get what you're saying, but you're presenting it as if it was some kind of intentional neglect or contempt for XIV on his part. Your argument is based on a biased personal assumption as to the context of why he hasn't spent as much time in Island Sanctuary, and no solid argument is ever based on assumptions.
Do I really care? Not really. Just don't act surprised when people seem to have a hard time taking you seriously.
I legit have no idea why you're still playing, but you do you I suppose.
Cheers.
Edit: I suspect XIV's development has been bottlenecked a bit by XVI but that's just a personal suspicion. I don't intend to make any serious argument based on something I actually don't know.

Honestly? I would prefer if people on both sides of the aisle stop holding what Yoshi says or does in such a high regard. It's going to bite you sooner or later.
But this is fun too, keep going please.
It kills me that one of the top comments for the video you linked is: "Given that YoshiP is in the 95th percentile of Black Mage parses on savage content, I think it's safe to say he plays it" and a reply to that is: "He became lead of the dev team just so he could be as close to the servers as possible for optimum latency."Related

Reading 90% of these threads is bizarre. Most of them are discussions that go in circles, never get anywhere and nothing good really comes out of them.Related

The amount of power Aveyond has over some people is quite funny.
Precisely. The threads only 3 hours old and we're almost 9 pages in. It almost reminds me of a certain twitch streamer who has some controversial takes. People will watch his stream for the entire day just to get the chance to argue with him in chat, and it drives up his viewer count and overall publicity. Little do these folks know that they're just helping him become more popular and contributing to his success by trying to argue with him.
