Steps:
1. opened character menu, went to repair a gear item
2. hit repair at some point while casting Dosis III, unsure of timing
3. as soon as i closed the character menu and repair menu, all of the abilities and items on my hotbar were grayed out and unusable. Any attempt to use an item, cast a spell/ability, or even repair the item that didn't get repaired I was given the error message "Unable to execute command while occupied."
4. after i died and was raised, i regained the ability to use items/spells/abilities/etc.
