Dps limit break takes about 6-8 seconds off the kill time in an 8 man group. Considering players are fine with a lot of gameplay habits that lose groups even more time, it's strange there's always been an obsession over wasted Limit Breaks.

It really doesn't matter that much. Save it for the healers, let the melee pop it below 10% if it wasn't needed, if no one remembers it, no big deal.
