If you're going to make a statement, at least attempt to be accurate. Every single tank has an aoe before 15, DPS having an AoE wouldn't hurt tanks.

Paladins get theirs at lvl 6 (Eclipse)
Warriors get theirs at lvl 10 (Overpower)
Dark Knights get theirs at lvl 6 (Unleash)
Gunbreakers get theirs at lvl 10 (Demon Slice)
