[LFM][FC][Adamantoise] <Duck> Tight-knit group looking for some like-minded players

Hello, we're a tight-knit group of friends that are looking for some like-minded players to fill out our free company ("Get on the Duck Boat")! I'll get right into the details and try to keep this short.

Why is our free company named "Get on the Duck Boat"?

• The owners love (and used to raise) ducks. That's pretty much it!

Why are you recruiting?

• We'd like to recruit at least 4 players so that we're able to casually run Savage/Extreme content. We simply don't have enough people right now, and we generally don't use PF. Many of us are pretty introverted when it comes to XIV.
• Why don't you just form a static for Savage/Extreme raids?
• We don't want to dedicate time to maintaining a static right now or pressure anyone into maintaining a strict raiding schedule.
• Also, we're not interested in just seeing people once/twice a week for raids. It'd be nice to run all sorts of content together!

What's the free company like?

• Currently, there are about 6 active players but only 4 are interested in doing difficult content (hence why we're recruiting 4+).
• All of us typically play during PST or CST hours. Most of us are in California.
• We're all adults (in early 30s) with full-time jobs, and some of us have been friends for over 10 years.
• I would say most of us are introverted in-game and are pretty quiet when not running content together. If you're also an introvert who typically enjoys being with smaller groups, this FC might be for you!
• We're not aiming to become a large FC by recruiting anyone we can get. We prefer to maintain a small tight-knit group.

What are you looking for in new members?

• When it comes to running Savage/Extreme content, have a friendly, patient, and helpful attitude. Only a few of us are FFXIV/mmorpg vets, and a majority of people are still progressing through the Shadowbringers and Endwalker story.
• Outside of raiding, if you prefer to keep to yourself a majority of the time, no problem! Honestly, that's what we do. Being social all the time is exhausting to some.

What does the free company do together?

• Daily roulettes
• Help each other progress through story content
• Collect mounts and glamour
• Once we recruit enough members to easily fill a raid group, we'll go for the Landerwaffe mount and progress through Savage/Extreme content from all expansions for fun (synced)

Finally, does the free company have any rules / code of conduct?
We only have 3 but they're very important.

• Be friendly and patient with others, especially your FC colleagues.
• Do not harass anyone in-game for any reason. Toxicity will not be tolerated.
• Respect everyone's space. If someone wants to play the game alone for the day and not have an extended conversation in chat, let them be. We'll expect others to respect your space as well.
