2. Get in to an Oppressor
3. Take it through the middle of the map
4. Fire the missiles in to the wall under the enemy base

If not, that's an abuse.

Until I've been told officially, as far as I'm concerned it's still an exploit. Lack of forward planning by the developer, or something missed by a QA doesn't always mean it was intended as a 'feature'

Although that isn't also saying it wasn't missed and is now a feature

it's still not a bug. i've seen plenty of people do it. you can target the base from underneath it and it works.

Well, according to what you added, it seems like the core can be reached. Oppressor do an AoE that decrease in Power if you are far from the center point of the impact.

This mean the missile do less damage by crashing into the wall than being completely on the core.

Even if it's possible, having damage going through a wall shouldn't happen because of the line of sight. Using a normal AoE from any classe won't touch the guy above you for exemple.

If the impact point is on the top of the wall, then it's fine because the LoS is respected (Still it will be far from the core, so the damage will be greatly reduced).
