If someone in my group was falling asleep I'd figure out if we needed other LS/non-LS reps or if it was time to end the event. Not meant to be confrontational, but our ending times as an LS can vary, and sleepy players definitely aren't the best. In a PUG, that'd just be tragic, and I'm pretty sure I'd box someone's ears if they included <call>s in macros. I suppose they can serve a purpose, but given the choice I would definitely not shed a tear if they didn't make it back.
The Raid Warning Text serves a different purpose- it was meant to be used mid-fight for warnings with directions/descriptors, and as such can typically only be used (or should only be used) by a raid leader.
