drop more ilv coffers in max level dungeons?

I'm just curious about thoughts on this matter. If you've ever ran a dungeon well into the double digits for a piece of gear to no avail, I'm sure you can relate.

Should we get at least one per run? Whether it is head, leg, body etc. can still be random, but at least let players walk away from the dungeon they're running with a piece of gear for the job they ran it with?

Just implement the same loot system as leveling dungeons. One piece of loot for your role at the end. I could sorta understand not doing it in current level cap dungeons, to keep those roulettes full, but there's no reason not to do it for past expansions' cap dungeons. (Well, except for having to actually add loot drops to the Aetherochemical Research Facility, but just copy the loot table from Neverreap or the Fractal Continuum.)

This would be even better, but figured they didn't do this because of roulettes. Though I don't really think it would have that big of an impact on them considering that players run them primarily for tomes and exp. Devs have their reasons though, so I thought an ilv coffer for players to choose what gear they want would be a good compromise.

    That would be nice.
I've ran several dungeons over 20x and still not gotten the drop I want and just gave up.
It would be a start if some of these dungeons don't have a seemingly 90% chance to drop accessories..

It will make almost no difference to roulettes because those are primarily done for tomes and on average most players will get the glam they want within a reasonable number of runs. The players who end up running double digit attempts are a tiny fraction of the playerbase who will have little impact on the overall queue times. It's just a QoL for extreme bad luck.

For current dungeons, probably not. They want you on the treadmill.

For older dungeons, it absolutely should become a thing once the next major expansion is released and the old endgame dungeons become part of the levelling process.

You still likely need multiple runs to collect what you're after, and it would be such a boon to glamour collectors to be able to reliably collect gear pieces.

How about once the dungeon leaves the expert roulette? I think not having guaranteed drops for the two newest dungeons is reasonable. I am definitely ok with multiple runs so long as I know progress was made, rather than each one being a crap shoot.

This is honestly the best way to go about it. Once a dungeon drops out of experts, it can be more efficiently glam farmed.

The exceptions would be those that either do not drop gear or only drop accessories.

By the time that happens, you'll likely have all you want. Troia isn't due to drop down until 6.4 in about 6 months. People also won't be running it as much as they are now.

Not everyone gets their tomes from experts and new people always join the game.
