Like, I want the whole gear set of the Dwarven Mythril armor set so I can dress my lalafell in it. I LOVE the dwarves, but i hate how the dev team completely missed the opportunity to make level 1 glmaoir gear out of their sets.

A second disappointing part about the Trojan sets is the caster and healer head gear. I don't even understand how neither version was reused for the scouting gear set. It would look awesome on it! And on top of that, none of the gear is dyable. I'm honestly getting tired of the dev team making random dungeon gear undyable. Its tiresome and furrher stifles creativity.

Also, about the getting rid of job gear restrictions thing. I really don't have much confidence in that since its been asked for repeatedly for several years and nothing has come of it. Meanwhile, in the past, the dev team made a couple of lvling gear into level 1 dyable glamour that could be worn by any job type. I really wish they would bring that way of doing things back if getting rid of job restrictions via the glamour dresser truly isn't possible. At least this way, the spaghetti code restrictions can be circumvented without any issues and we all get what we want.
Heh! It wouldn't have made a difference. When it comes to glamour, those who want restrictions gone will utilize any opportunity to voice their thoughts on the matter, so I don't actually fault you for anything. Just pointing out that one edit would lead to another, then another, then another...

There are a lot of gear sets that seem to have the roles, and sometimes even jobs mixed up. Other jobs such as GNB and DNC have a very limited selection within their own role. It can be frustrating looking for proper glamours when dealing with restrictions. I am no stranger to that at all. I also know it serves no consolation when you have your eye on a particular piece of glamour, and then told to just find something else within the gear that is available if you can't use it. Be that as it may, I still understand why these kind of decisions are made from the dev team.

Releasing lv1 glamours of the the dungeon sets is definitely a way to go about circumventing the issue with restrictions. They would just need to free up the resources to accomplish it as most of the work is already there. I don't think incentive to run dungeons would be an issue with this, but if it was they could keep the colors associated with the undyeable dungeon version exclusive to the instance.
