Make dalriada easier

I beg, I am tired of running with 10-13 randoms and us failing the timer. People don't do any damage, they don't bring any actions and they die to every boss mechanic. Multiple times I have failed the timer on dalriada despite us having echo. People just aren't putting in the effort to clear it.

While we're at it please make spawning CE's faster. Instance for 1 hour with only 1 CE, despite clearing mobs for them. something is wrong.

Dalriada is already easy enough, if you can't clear this, then people are just really bad. I have cleared it late at night with only 6 players and it made little difference to 20 people.
