I've discovered an UI issue where High Quality (HQ) items being stored in the glamour dresser do not show up correctly with the HQ flair on the icons, when using the new 400 slots that were added, once you've left the area of the glamour dresser and returned. I can reproduce the issue on both my Windows PC, and my PS5.

Date of issue: October 10, 2022
Time of issue: 1:30 PM Server Time (Can be repeated any time)
Frequency: Repeatable
World name: Gilgamesh
Character name@Home World name: Dawn Sunchaster@Gilgamesh
Retainer name: N/A
NPC name: N/A
Monster name: N/A
Class/Level: Any
Party or solo: Both Solo and Party
In-game time: Any
Area and coordinates: Any Glamour Dresser
Housing: N/A

Steps:
1. Take a High Quality (HQ) Item, store it in a glamour dresser that has the original 400 slots full.
2. Confirm the item used (henceforth, called the test time) shows as HQ, with correct HQ flair on the icon.
3. Close and re-open dresser - item still shows as HQ
4. Leave area the glamour dresser is in, then return.
5. Item will no longer show up with HQ icon flair in the glamour dresser UI.
6. Restoring the item returns the HQ version, confirming item itself isn't affected.
7. Storing the item again, it appears with HQ flair on the icon, until you leave the area and return once more - issue is reproducible.
8. Remove an item that's been in storage for a while, in the original 400 slots, then remove the test item again and put it back in, so it goes into the slot that was just freed up in the original 400 range.
9. Leave and return again.
10. Test item will still show as HQ while in one of the original 400 slots.
11. Remove it again, put the original item that was removed back in to fill the slot in the original 400 slots again.
12. Put the test item back in once more, once more going into one of the new 400 slots.
13. Issue is back - leaving the area and returning, test item shows as Normal Quality while in the glamour dresser again.

I have also tested the issue with another glamour dresser in an inn, and with other items in it confirming it wasn't just linked to the specific necklaces I'd been testing with.
