Levels? Yes.
Relic crystals? Depends.
NMs strength is based on the number of existing players in the entire instance. Which means any players & bots that are not joining for the kill would essentially translate to more legwork for the NM sweeper to kill the NM. This can be nigh impossible for folks that are new, doesn’t have much elemental bonus stacked, attempting high-end NMs, poor LAs, or combination of those.
Also bots seems to be flooding in not to only farm bunnies, but also farming moist & heat-warped boxes.

Just saying, I have never ever ever in my 3 full Eureka runs on 3 different characters ever encountered the issue where bots actively prevented me from progging in Eureka.Levels? Yes.

Actually I've had more issues with certain infamous players who disobey the NM PT courtesy than bots.
Fair enough. Like I said, it really depends. I myself never encountered those issues in my quest to get all jobs’ glowy relics but I did encountered a few that came across said problems. All they needed to do was to help themselves with some cheap, useful LAs (Bloodbath L trivializes a lot things) and/or form a party themselves. Now if you’re a solo player in an instance of 25 players consisting of 2 bot parties, 8 random & yourself? That’s a different story. Been there before, with full elemental gear & proper LA. Only 1 other random helped me with NMs and that took excruciatingly long it wasn’t worth of the effort to spawn more—I exited right after. If somebody not as prepared as I was, that NM would’ve been way harsher to deal with.Just saying, I have never ever ever in my 3 full Eureka runs on 3 different characters ever encountered the issue where bots actively prevented me from progging in Eureka.

Early puller? That’s sucks but there’s nothing we can do about them. They’re arbitrary and has always been. I wish SE make more effort to take care of the bots, though.

For those new to Eureka...The first few levels blow because it's a bit of a grind. I think I had a high level friend let me tag the monster, they taunt it, and then I just pummel it safely. I think it's about level 5 is when you can start doing the early NM Fates. THAT'S where the money is. Once you can start doing those....you pretty much only do those. The XP and chests that drop are great. Best done with large groups too.
Don't forget to progress the story of the area when you can or areas will be locked out for ya.

From my experience on my 3rd alt going through Eureka once again, I found the fastest and fun way to do the mob grind. Make sure to pop a harmony potion, get an elemental blessing if you can find one, be a warrior and grab a buddy who's also a warrior and just go to town on every mob to fill your logs. Pull as much as you think you can handle due to how OP Warrior's self healing is, I was able to breeze every weeks logs in under a hour and a half with a friend.
I forgot the logs were not only a thing but give lots of XP. Yeah that's a good starting point. After that you can do logs and the NMs at the same time for some heavy boosts. From my experience on my 3rd alt going through Eureka once again, I found the fastest and fun way to do the mob grind. I don't know what you are doing but I know you know you are doing it...
Though if you don't like Eureka then you should try Bozja. It's just Eureka but done right, lol.
Also, if you are in a pt in Eureka then you should focus on the fates/hunts in the area since that is the main source of exp when in a pt. Also, don't forget your weekly challenge log that nets you some sweet exp for that area. But yeah... don't die there since that place really punishes you for mistakes. (might explain why I have been slowly working on it!)
This is very true. Traveling to NM loc means player do not gain any experience during transit. Unless it's an NM train that pops within player's current lv, I typically advise folks to just mob away because that's just way faster, leveling wise. From my experience on my 3rd alt going through Eureka once again, I found the fastest and fun way to do the mob grind. When folks unlocks access to LAs, things gets even smoother with how cheap broken Wisdom+Bloodbath L (only requires conceptuals!) & Reflect farm (lv41 - lv60) is.
