I just cleared Abyssos normal the other day and seeing Proto Carbuncle for the first time threw me for a loop, lmao! Its like Proto Carbuncle ate our old poison and bio spells from previous expansions and got corrupted by multiple primal's aether after absorbing them. Its f*cking great!

That would be unfortunate. It would make for a nice Summoner mount. Could be unlocked the same way Tank mounts are unlocked: play as a Summoner for "x" amount of times in Abyssos Fifth Circle and you unlock the Proto Carbuncle mount.

Would make for a nice Ifrit alternative skin. Also, that would be hilarious running around with a tiny slobbering Proto Carbuncle that replaces are old one. I would love to pet it and feed it from da hand. x3

Look on the bright side: If you ask a lot, just like Pagaga's emote, 2 years from now you will have this mount on the mogstation to generate money for another SE release. Then we can all open "thank you" threads for Square Memex, and tell all the angry ones that "if you don't want it, don't buy it" (did I do that right?)

Criticism aside, it might as well be a mount. I really liked the design, and would be an addition to the badass and monstrous mount troop

Lmao, I can imagine out character being carried like a corpse in Proto Carbuncle's open jaw. The Lalafells could be carried with half their body sticking out with their legs outstretched in the air. xD
