Where No Loporrit Has Gone Before quest and marker disappeared

Quest: Where No Loporrit Has Gone Before

1. Upon exiting the dungeon battle after defeatin Stigma-4 on Sept 24 (day before the bug incident) I returned to Limsa Lominsa before talking with N-7000. I did not pay attention to whether or not the map displayed the quest marker at that time.
2. On Sept 25 I logged in and intended to finish the quest line.
3. After teleporting back to Ultima Thule, I opened the map to see where I needed to go. At that point I noticed that the quest marker did not appear.
4. My in progress journal entries normally appear at the top right under the mini map, but "Where No Loporrit Has Gone Before" had disappeared.
5. Checking my journal, I could find no entry for the quest having even been accepted.
6. Under the duty list, Stigma Dreamscape was marked as completed.
7. Going back to the location of the dungeon entrance, N-7000 and Jammingway appear properly. N-7000 has the quest marker.
8. As you can see in the screenshot, N-7000's marker does not appear on the map or the mini map.

Are you looking in the correct section of your journal? Old Sharlayan, not Ultima?

Everything else looks like you've just hidden that quest from displaying on the HUD list.

Yes, I checked under Old Sharlayan and both my current and completed quest lists. It simply did not show up.
