I would like to see the ability to add lights to our exterior (different color themes for different times of the year). Maybe only allow the lights to be turned on during a seasonal event so we aren't trash keeping holiday lights lit in July

This. Give me something, anything to spend my capped MGP on. A 500k fashion item is great, but it's a one time purchase and I'm back at cap again soon after. Let us buy untradable versions of the fancy dyes for 50-100k a pop, or something.
