Could it possible to change the minimap's colours in the future?

The yellow and brown tinge of the map itself is alright. It does offer a sepia tone to what's meant to be an old-timey fantasy game. But when you're gathering, nodes do not appear on the normal map accessed with the M key. They only appear on the minimap. Which itself is small, even if I can zoom it.

If this system is meant to be the design the development team chose, for whichever reason, then might we change the yellow nodes to another colour? Not just because I'm colourblind, I can at least see the outline of the nodes I want in the middle of the map. But it is rather frustrating when the map's colour palette is shared with the nodes. The outline of the node is similar to map edges and grooves, and the inner colour is the same colour as the accessible map areas.



The icon's shape is intuitive, and it overall might be intuitive for most people. But to me, it's rather difficult to tell where it is due to the similarity to the rest of the map. The blue nodes work just fine, so would it be possible to either change the map's colour or the node's colour to make them stand out more?
