Two plots currently unavailable for purchase?

The only 2 houses available for private buyers i see "currently unavilable for purchase", but see no reason as to why anywhere. They appear as their price when viewing the board, but only have the cancel option when pulled up at the placard.

If there's something i'm missing here, please let me know. The housing lottery status even says "Entry period in progress" so if there's some reason as to why these lands cannot be purchased, there should be a reason saying why.

It is most likely because someone just left the plot. Therefore the plot isn't available right now for purchase.

I believe it will become available at the next lottery.

Those plots must have opened up after the current round of lottery had already begun. They will be available for bids when bidding opens up for the next round. The end of the current bidding round is several hours away, and will be followed by a 4 day results period. After this, the "currently unavailable for purchase" plots will be open for bids, as well as any plots which are vacated before the beginning of the next round.

This system ensures that any plot on the market will always be guaranteed to be available for bidders for a full 5 day bidding period.
