This is also why they really need to change how the Triple Triad cards drop from trials. They are essentially locked behind Ex trials since the queue for regular trials is simply absurd for such a low drop rate. That leaves Ex trials as the only option... which also has an absurd drop rate. Add the TT card to the token NPC so these trials don't have to be run longer than the 99 for the mount.

Exactly. It's a good change for when the server inevitably get shut down you can still have XIV as a single player experience. Doesn't change the fact that trials are easy and don't need more exp incentives.

The roulette system in this game is great for getting endgame characters to provide bodies for new players going through the game, and I agree that the rewards should be adjusted so that they're high enough to induce enough people to get into trial roulette.

That being said, I'm about to drop some heresy on this forum: I run trial roulette for fun. After work, I sometimes want to unwind with a little bit of chill gaming, and I'll run normal and trial roulettes just to get two, random one-shot boss encounters that are quick and easy.

Yeah i have to say i did trial roulettes pretty consistent up to shadowbringers though they were tough. Due to time vs reward vs difficulty i have stopped doing them because yeah given time i would learn the mechanics better but oh my especially endsinger i really embarrassed myself at least til phase 2 then i got my rythm.

I've done it on alts since and the queue times get worse as you get higher level. The worst is the last trials because less people do trial roulette at max level. Every level 90 trial and the ones near level 90 are harder to get, especially in the the data center's morning time. It was actually faster for me to get 510 gear and spend 40 minutes soloing Lakshmi on GNB in Shadowbringers.

What? People do trial roulette at 90 for TOMES. You get worse roulette queues at end of week if u didn’t cap tomes by Friday.

Im sure a bunch of folks would hate this but they could just replace the ex fights on WT with the normal versions and make it so solo/unsync runs dont count for the clear. Theyd still be some of easiest panels to clear on WT board.

What they need to do with roulette is allow Characters that have reached the maximum level cap with one job to allow all other jobs to get the same rewards, that would be boost some incentive.

Also increase gil, I'm afraid the Market Board Manipulators have made a lot of things expensive lately (especially mounts)
